We need IT network and technical support engineer. candidate must have knowledge of identifying software’s, resolving technical issues, fixing the printer, replacing or repairing the necessary parts, and providing procedural documentation support.
Can manage multiple cases, following up to see if the problem is resolved and provide accurate feedback. candidate must have degree in computer science or IT and experience of Microsoft, Linux or Cisco, and remote desk applications. candidate must have good interpersonal and good communication skills.
