Accountant Required In Kuwait City For Leading Company. One of the leading Co. in Kuwait looking the Indian Senior Accountant who can join immediately Indian National only Senior Accountant 1. Accounts Receivable • Review and verify daily sales transactions (Online, B2B, and Co-Ops). • Update the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and share it with management.
• Ensure accurate posting of all sales entries in the system. • Perform sales reconciliation: o Online Website vs. ODOO o Payment Platform vs. ODOO • Verify that all online payments are credited to the company’s bank account. • Conduct customer statement reconciliations and inform customers of any discrepancies. • Submit the Statement on time and do the follow up for the payments with customers.
• Ensure proper entry of credit notes into the system. • Review and process emails from the operations team and warehouse regarding invoices and inventory transactions. • Follow up with merchandisers for invoices daily. • Collect and submit invoices to banks for all Co-Operative (Jamia) invoices monthly.
2. General Ledger (GL) Accounts • Ensure timely posting of rent, salary, leave, and indemnity entries in the system. • Transfer all provisions, accruals, and prepaid expenses to the correct expense accounts each month. • Process daily bank transactions in the system. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and submit reports. • Carry out any other finance-related tasks as required by business needs.
3. Fixed Assets • Accurately record and maintain fixed assets in the system. • Review the depreciation process to ensure assets are depreciated as per their useful life. • Reconcile asset accounts vs. asset ledger monthly.
4. Inventory Management • Supervise and attend inventory counts as required by management. • Conduct a daily review of inventory books and the inventory platform to ensure accuracy.
5. Other Requirements • Proficiency in ODOO Accounting Software. • Working knowledge of Arabic is required • Flexibility to adapt to business needs and additional. Estimated salary is 100-400kd
